Owner doesn't want or need the business
I can't speak to their product unfortunately because I couldn't get past customer service (i.e. Vince) who is also the owner. I called and requested some assistance in getting some cushions shipped to HI (knowing they don't ship to HI). Owner said if I told them what I would like to order, they could give me the dimensions and weight of the box so I could get shipping estimates. After emailing the data, and then after confirming we didn't mind waiting 6-8 weeks for production, and after following up 2 weeks later because I didn't hear back, owner tells me factory can't give me the dimensions. How does the owner send me on a wild goose chase as though my time doesn't matter. And then the cherry on top, he tells me to "please try elsewhere." Gladly...I'd rather give my money to someone who will at least lift a small finger to try and earn my business, and give it to a business that still needs business, because apparently this guy does not. What a shame.
