My Epson printer refusd working after cleaning from the printerhead. So I asked AI and came to Wic Reset. So orderd 5 keys also for the future. Had it in 5 minutes and used a key and the printer is working again. So 5 stars, John

It works. Fiddly but it works. Got the software and eventually got it to recognise the printer after unplugging a moving the usb cable to a different slot. Now the messy bit. Removed the old sponge pads after buying new ones. Use rubber gloves! They say take a photo of the old layout which is a bit pointless as everything is black and putting in the new pads is like one of those wooden block puzzles. Did it though and reset the counters after buying two of the keys (in case the first one didn't work). I now have a spare key for next time. One resurrected colour printer. Luvvly jubbly.
