I placed the order on 12/16 as a gift to arrive in enough time for Christmas. It wasn’t shipped until 12/25/24. It was embarrassing to explain to family that I didn’t have their gift. I’d placed other orders days after this order and they were received before 12/24

Perhaps there was an unfortunate misunderstanding and you did not review our 3D printing order shipping policy, the estimated delivery time from the time you place your order for our 3D printed products is 10-15 days excluding weekends. We have checked and your order was delivered on 04/01/2025, which is approximately 13 days. So we delivered according to our policy. We are sorry that this has affected you and your family.
