This review is for the cosmetics box from wibargain. The box took about 6 weeks to arrive. I'm not sure why it took so long, maybe they are shipping them from another dimension, I just don't know. Inside the box was at least 35-40 items. Now the first thing I noticed was that nearly all of the items had been previously opened! So I have a box of used makeup. With the current state of our country, in particular, COVID19, floating around, this strikes me as ... well, seriously messed up!! The makeup itself was old. There were 3 bottles of foundation, all open. They were so old the liquid inside had separated into pure oil on top and thick crusty foundation on the bottom. The lipsticks were open and some were smushed into the lids. I literally had to throw away everything. Not one item was salvagable. I called wibargain and was told no returns, no refunds under any circumstances. Very disappointed in this box. Honestly, it was GROSS. Not recommended!

I placed an order in 5/11/2021. On 5/19/2021 I received an email that the order was on it’s way. When I checked the tracking, it said a label had been created. I have emailed the company 3 times and keep getting excuses such as UPS will only pick up so many boxes per day and we have been overwhelmed with orders. They need to stop selling or at least let consumers know it will take a long to ship. I requested to cancel the order because the ship date is till unknown. I was told I can’t cancel it. I will never do business with this company again. UPDATE: 7/15/21 and still waiting

Ordered a box for 135, took months to come when asking about my order the person was very rude. When my box finally arrived yesterday, everything was cheap like from the dollar tree and mostly kids things , including a pair of kid shoes that had already been worn.

Placed an order in May, still nothing! Charged my card fast enough though. I spoke to a representative “J” who said he was not authorized to refund me, but would expedite my box in 3-5 days. He also claimed to have spoken to his manager, then said all managers were at a meeting and I could speak with no one else. (I thought you just spoke to your manager? ) oh, that was a lower manager. Ridiculous operation and I’m sure Amazon, Target and the other companies whose names they throw around are none too happy. As for the refund I was given some BS, about it taking 1-3 days to process and my box that I ordered that has yet to ship would all of a sudden ship and cancel the refund. So it appear that if you want your box, call and demand a refund…that apparently starts the ball rolling.

Beware!!! Spent $160, got a box of open half used junk! Our box arrived crushed and open!! Don’t waste your money

I ordered the “premium” Target returns box and it is awful. There are a bunch of items from Walmart which they left the clearance tags on. Most of it is random items such as a carbon monoxide detector. There’s something in a bag that could be curtains or a boat cover. I stupidly ordered an Amazon box at the same time and it’s been 5 weeks and it hasn’t even been packaged. Do NOT waste your money.

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is a total scam! I waited over 2 months for a cosmetic box! As soon as I brought the box in, all I could smell was nail polish! It was just a box of polish, in colors no one would ever use, which most were opened! It got all over everything! All over my clothes and table! This cost wasn't even close to what was paid for the box. Especially since a lot of them had stickers of 75% off, which to me means no one wanted them! I will be seeking legal advice about this matter since personal items were ruined! My daughter also received a massager that doesn't even turn on! I'm so irate right now! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I bought 2 boxes. One for $75 and the other for $125. Neither had products worth near what I paid for the boxes. In the $75 HBA box we received women's vitamins, ovulation tests, chap sticks, lip sticks, razor heads but no handle, broken body lotions, and shower gel. The $125 box we received 2 couch pillows, a plastic shower curtain, sippy cup, 2 paper posters, puppy pads, and hand sanitizer that was broken and got all over the box and products. We waited 2 months for these boxes and were so disappointment because we've seen the unboxing by others and we received nothing good.
