WiBargain LLCReviews of wibargain.com

I ordered a box of premium tools 2 months ago... have not got it. Then my box of unclaimed mail. $75 worth of JUNK! DO NOT order anything from this company! I have emailed them several times and they won't give me a refund on the premium tools. They keep saying it will ship next week, next week, next week.... Then I looked at where most of the unclaimed mail was from, same names and same junk ordered from wish.com. SCAM!

I'm not sure what business these people are in. I ordered 2 premium boxes which were suppose to be decent, it took a month to receive them and when i did, i had 5 bags of sanitizers, used things with little to no value, missing items in the original box and one box had zero items listed on it. A waste of money if you asked me.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Look up LIN MIAO and see what other scams he was involved in… all objects that come are broken, used (used kitchen gadgets with food still in them), or can’t be used at all (a bag of old acrylic nails looked to have previously been on someone else’s fingers ) do NOT buy from this website and please warn others

Like others have described, this company emailed to say they had shipped the box through FedEx. FedEx has no record of the shipping number. When I contacted WiBargain, they gave me the runaround with a false claim that tracking would activate once the carrier scanned my package. Of course, this is nonsense. Two weeks later, FedEx still has no record of the package and WiBargain has ceased to respond to my repeated emails. It goes without saying that two months later, my box still hasn't arrived.

EVERYTHING I have bought from Wibargain has to be the biggest waste of money I’ve ever bought!!!! It’s bogus!! I bought a refrigerator does not work at all I bought two health and beauty boxes both of them were the same crap about 15 lip liners and broken nail polish there was not one good item in either box it was ALL TRASH!!!!! First thing I ever bought was an Amazon surprise box That was on July 7th still have not received it they say I’ll get it within 3 to 5 days every time I call!! they say don’t have enough supply right now to send it to me but then they’re sending me emails to buy these new Amazon boxes?? What I bought an Amazon box over a month ago you haven’t sent to me but you want me to buy another one) customer service sucks your items suck everything sucks do not take a chance and waste your money please I gave his company five chances everything was bad everything

I ordered and they rapidly charged my card. Got a FedEx shipping number which FedEx has never heard of. Contacted support and was told it takes 5-8 business days to ship. Over 10 business days later contacted support over email again and was told that it was again delayed. Said I wanted to cancel my order. Got an email saying that I'd have to call because they can't process cancellations via email. So, I call and am told that they won't cancel because the website says that all sales are final. I point out the website also says they ship within 5-8 days and that didn't happen. Ultimately, I'm offered 'expedited shipping' (which is supposed to mean that that it ships within a week) and a $25 code for a future discount that I most likely will never take advantage of. If it doesn't ship this week, I'll be contacting my credit card company.

This is not worth your money in fact I am looking into the BBB to see if others have had to file reports like mine. I never got my box! I have asked so many times and all they have told me so far is that they will not give me back my money! They said it is being boxed now, they are printing out my labels, they have such a huge amount of people that love this box that they are behind and will get that shipped ASAP. We are now over 2 months out from my order and so far all I have gotten is FAKE shipping labels. They create one so you get a notification your box is on its way then a week or 2 later they cancel the shipment and make a new one with a different carrier. So Far I have FedEx and UPS. Also the women I talked to said it was being shipped via USPS.... Any how not saying that no one gets their boxes just that I never did and for $116 I can't see how they are allowed to still be in business when they can't even promise you will even get anything. I paid over a hundred US dollars and got nothing but bunch of run around an fake updates..

One of the worst of its kind. I’ve ordered 10 boxes in 4 months, still waiting on a box from 4 months ago, and according to their own system 3 others. They don’t have a tracking system, they only give answers of “it’s on the line to get boxed up now”. The boxes are far from what is described and no where close to worth what you pay. I’ve gotten used shoes, cups, underwear, broken wicker baskets, open case of paper towels, counter wipes, all under the guidance of their “premium” boxes. Not worth the hassle for yourself and will lose money if you resell.
