I ordered a the Amazon returns box, Target return box, and Jewelry return box on July 3rd. They shipped the Target returns box right away within two weeks. However, the other two boxes have never been shipped and it is now August 24th. I emailed them after a month and they said it would be shipping soon and a shipping label was printed shortly afterwards which gave me a tracking number but then every time I click on it, it says package has not been picked up. Two weeks later I emailed again and they said that it would ship within the next week or two, but it has been three weeks since that email. I just want a refund and will be going to my bank to file a dispute.

SCAM! It's been a month since I ordered. No response to my emails. Called twice and both times was told no refunds but we will expedite your order. Still nothing. Funny my bank card was compromised after this purchase too. Pretty sure this is not even a legit business.

I ordered a box from them July 23rd and it's now August 23rd. I received a Fedex tracking number, but every time I click on it I get a message stating the package has not been picked up from WiBargin. I have emailed several times and they respond stating they will ship soon. I am now going through my bank to stop payment. Also, I live 9 hours from their location. It shouldn't take over a month to receive my box.

UPDATE: I finally got my box a couple of days later, and it was TOTAL JUNK. Other than a cheap carbon monoxide detector, there was really nothing of value. In fact, I didn't even know what a lot of the stuff was, and most of it went right into the trash. I took a $100 gamble on the box, and I lost. My recommendation is to not waste your money. I ordered a box from them last week, and on Thursday, August 19, they sent me an email saying the package is on the way, and they gave me a Fedex Tracking Number. When I went to check it today (August 23), Fedex said it was an invalid tracking number. Their website says they are in Bakersfield, CA, and I am in Southern CA about 90 miles from them. If it really went out on the 19th, I should have had it by now, so I don't know what is going on. I tried to call them, and they put me in the queue at position 8. After about 10-15 minutes, I was told I was next. Then when it was my turn, it said no one was available. I emailed them, and I am waiting to see if I will get a response before I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I'm really beginning to wonder about this company!

On July 12, 2021, I placed an order for 125 dollars and until today, August 21, I have not received anything, they do not solve anything, where is my box or my money, where?

I ordered a box on 7/20/21 and received an inactive shipping number 8/2/21. I have emailed and called and they will not process a cancellation for items they still have not shipped in spite of their shipping being promised in 5-8 business days.

I placed on order on 7/9, they printed bogus shipping labels on 7/15, I requested updates of shipping status twice in August to be told once it would ship early next week and the following within 72 hours. 6 days after I was told 72 hours, 1 shipping label is no longer visible and the other still has no movement so I am currently filing a claim on the charges with my credit card company in hopes of getting my money back because this company fraud and doesn't ship their orders. Buyer Beware.

On July 14th 2021 I placed an order for unclaimed mail. I reached out to them July 29th and they said I would have my box within 72 hours. I reached out to them again they made up a bogus label when I checked it threw fedex no number existed. I gave up on them and kindly got my $76 from my bank! So please save your money I did no research on the company I assumed they were legit.
