According to their phone operator, the packages cannot be canceled, which I tried to do after 3 weeks. Then I got 2 tracking #s that don’t work. It’s now been 1 month and 1 week and according to FEDEX tracking #s no longer exist. (prior it said invalid). I will give them 1 more week on my 2 boxes and then hit up my bank for a refund. Ridiculous.

Exact same scenario as mentioned 2 days ago by another customer! Don't waste you time and money! Worst customer service and company ever! I have nothing and it's been over a month! And the tracking number does not work!

This is the worst company to ever exist! I ordered a box with the idea that the box will be shipped within 5-8 buisness days. 3 weeks after ordering I received an email with shipping information. I already was annoyed by it taking 3 weeks to receive shipping information but I let it slide. 2 weeks after receiving the email I called because every time I try to track the package the number provided doesn't exist. I called and the first lady said she will expedite the order and I should wait 3 days, 5 days later I called again, I should wait another 2 days. 4 days go by and I called again, they will expedite again and I should wait 3 days. Annoyed I called again and just requested a refund. It's been 8 weeks? Really? Is this the service you think your customers deserve? I would be disgraced if I were them. Their service absolutely SUCKS! I would not suggest anyone buy something from them if you do not intend to spend money and not get anything in return other than absolute ridiculous customer service! Quick update as I am currently moving into week 9 of waiting, I called again and apparently they are having technical difficulties so my refund process should be 3 more days. On Monday it was 24-48 hours, it's been 4 days and now another 3 days. Are you kidding me? What excuses can they possibly be thinking of next?

I gave this one star because I FINALLY got a refund. I placed an order on July 15th, had a Fed Ex number emailed on July 28th, with no Fed EX confirmation. After 14 documented emails to this company, they finally refunded my money when I threatened this bad review. I do have my money back, but, after 35 days, many emails, no confirmed shipping and my having to threaten them, I would never, EVER do business with these people. Never!!!

**UPDATE: they did finally send one of the two boxes, but I was horrified to find a bag full of bloody paper towels and a "blood clean up kit" included in the box. Absolutely disgusting. I contacted them and was told they don't guarantee what comes in the box...so buyer beware. Biohazards should be listed as possible contents** Ordered two boxes and was given two tracking numbers, one with usps and the other with FedEx. The usps tracking number has shown as “pre shipping status” for over a week and the FedEx tracking number is invalid. Unable to reach the company by phone or email and for resolution or even time frame on them actually sending it.

Ordered two boxes the first of July and it’s almost Sept and have received neither. They both have tracking numbers listed for two weeks but when you click on them there is no information. This company is a scam

I ordered a box and it was paid for on July 19, 2021. As of August 25, 2021 I do not have the box. I have over 15 emails and have made numerous calls. I received an email with a fake shipping label stating the package will ship soon. When I asked for a refund on the 25th, I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get a refund!!!!! This company is a fraud!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE. Made purchase 7/25. I contacted them shortly thereafter about expected shipping. I have been blatantly lied to. I needed it as a “gag” gift for a retired post man by 8/15. I was told “it would be expedited, just waiting on the carrier to pick up.” All the while receiving daily promos for additional purchases. I filed with BBB and they were unsuccessful in getting a response. SAVE YOUR MONEY
