I never write reviews but I had to for this one. This was one of the worst purchases that I have ever made! I bought 2 boxes. I literally feel like everything I received is stuff that a homeless person would’ve passed on.( minus the ONE copper goblet ). Most of the stuff was either broken, missing pieces, in used, gross condition. I found out about this company from an influencer and now that I’ve done my research after the fact ( of course ) it seems that they send great usable items that are in new condition to these people that have a following and send the crap to the little people that don’t have time on their hands to be on their phones all day to become an “influencer”. Any who consider yourself WARNED. And if you think that any of these reviews are not true you can kick yourself when you receive your incredibly late shipped box of junk!

Absolutely the worst. I bought a single box on August 9th, 2021. It was supposed to be a Bed Bath and Beyond returns box. The next day on August 10th, I bought 2 more boxes. The first box arrived fairly quickly. Included was a soap dispenser filled with some unknown liquid in it. I say unknown because it didn't suds up like soap, nor did it seem like lotion. So I honestly don't know. This soap dispenser leaked all over everything, ruining 95% of the box. I immediately sent them an email, along with photos of the box contents and the individual it's showing damage. They literally couldn't care any less, so I'm out $100. Additionally, to add insult to injury, the items were from 4 different stores, not just BB&B as their sales ad stated. Isn't that considered false advertising? But it's not like I had anything that wasn't damaged by the soap dispenser, except for some antler hanging kit and a sponge holder. Whoopee! Since they didn't help with that, I emailed them about the 2nd order, requesting them to cancel it. As of today's date, September 18, 2021, they have not cancelled the 2nd order, nor have they provided a refund and it hasn't been shipped. They did send me a fake tracking number about 3 weeks ago, that doesn't work and I haven't had a box delivered from them (proven by my security cameras). The 2nd order was $128. I've emailed this company over 20 times, called numerous times on two different numbers, left voicemails, did the call back thing. All to no avail. I'm out $228, and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm beyond livid. I finally opened up a case with the BBB, but wibargain hasn't responded to them either. All I can say is avoid this company, all of their "ads" have to be set-up scams. Even worse, here's a copy and pasted paragraph from them on the delivery confirmation from them: "If you have any issues with your order please email us at (trust pilot wouldn't allow the email address to be posted) and we will do everything in our power to make it right!"... Bull-crap. Absolute bull-crap. Why? Because a company should never treat their paying customers the way this company has treated me. Wibargain, you need to do the right thing. My next move is to reach out to the federal consumers protection agency. I'm pretty sure they won't take kindly to your scams. I have proof of everything I've stated here including photos, emails, call logs and the non-existent shipping number you provided for box 2 that was fake and security camera footage proving order #2 hasn't been delivered. I highly suggest you provide me with a full refund for both orders, totaling $228.

Like everyone else has said DONT BUY FROM THEM. It is definitely a numbers game for them. Half of the people will dispute it and the other half wont so they keep the money from those who don't. I ordered one but after a month of no shipment and fake tracking # I disputed it from my credit card and got my money back.

Same exact experience as others. I ordered a month and a half ago, still no box. Excuses after excuses. I was given a shipping label days after I ordered and it just says tracking number cannot be found. Yet if you’re an influencer on social media of course you get your box! This is unacceptable and they need to be held accountable.

It’s been well over a month and a half and I just keep getting excuses after excuses. I was given a tracking number within a day of ordering. The tracking number has yet to even be validated. But yet they continue to send emails saying they have boxes all ready to mail out.!! Nothing but false advertising. I really think somebody should start a class action lawsuit against them.

I ordered a returns box from Wibargain that was $125 and supposed to retail above that amount and I received opened used junk that should not have been approved for return. It included kids toys with drawings on the boxes, missing pieces, and opened curtains with stains on them. The retail value of the box didn't even come close to how much I paid. I had to throw away most of it, except for one kids toy that I sold for $5. Such a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I wish I could give them NO STARS!!!! Ordered on Aug 19th. Company provided me a fraudulent FedEx tracking number and has now stopped replying to my email inquiries asking where my order is. Finally disputed the CC charge today 9/16 after sending the company an email 4 days ago asking for an order cancellation and refund and receiving no response. This company is a f**king JOKE.

Please believe the reviews. I ordered a box on August 8th, 2021 and I’m STILL WAITING on it to arrive. Shortly after you order they send you a tracking number that doesn’t provide ANY TRACKING INFO. I’ve called at least five times to inquire about my package and I’m told different LIES each time. I either get the “oh I’m sorry it’s such a popular box that they’re running behind” or “I’m sorry ma’am the delivery company we used had some issues so we’ll get it expedited and it’ll be there this week WEDNESDAY which is today. Still NO BOX!! I called back and was told oh it’s shipping out this week FRIDAY which means even more of a delay. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to fill out a form to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! SCAMMERS BIG TIME
