I ordered on July 9th and it’s Sept 24th and still have not received my order. Emailed customer service several times to get the same BS response that it is being shipped soon.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I ordered a box on July 18th. It's not September 24th. I've emailed multiple times and got no response. I finally called on September 3rd and was told a whole bunch of BS - was told my box would ship within 2-3 days. Then told me that they were going to ship it out that day and I would get the updated tracking number because the original one was trash. I ordered from them back in March and the box took about a month but at least they sent something. At this point I'm going to demand a refund and file a complaint and call them out over and over and over on social media.

Ordered a July electronic box, as of mid August, still no delivery. Emailed and they said within 2 weeks it would ship. Fast forward mid September, nothing. Requested a refund, submitted the refund through the link they sent me. Week later and no confirmation on that refund. They are either very shotty and sketchy business, or just absolute crap at conducting business. Id give 0 stars if i was able to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SCAM SCAM I JUST WANT MY $$ BACK AND I CAN'T EVEN GET THAT. NEVER MIND MY $125 BOX I ORDERED BACK IN JULY WITH A FAKE FED- EX# AND I CONTINIOSLY GET EMAILS WITH "NEW RECORD SHIPMENTS WE JUST SENT OUT !!!" OH WOW!! DON'T FALL FOR THIS HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT I HAVE NO IDEA

I have had the same experience as most everyone else that has posted a review. I received a fake tracking number for my Amazon electronics box which I ordered on 08/20/2021. I have contacted customer services at least 5 times to let them know I know it's a fake number. They tried to tell me that once Fedex picksup the package then the number will start tracking. I hope they don't think people are this dumb. the minute you create the label it registers in the Fedex system. It tells you that a label has been created but not dropped off yet. LIES - I have requested a refund

I ordered a 175 electronics box from amazon return. I had 8 items in it and all of it was trash. everything retails for about 50 bucks. I ordered on August 13th and just received it Sept. 22nd. I received the same run around, fake tracking and all. If you can help it, don't order anything from them!!!! very disappointed!!!!

Same story as the others. Got a fake tracking number a couple of days after ordering. Wrote them about it. Fast response that it would become active when the shipment is prepared. Two weeks later no word. Wrote them asking what's happening. Fast response that they would ship in the next week or so. Two weeks later wrote them again. Another fast response they will expedite shipping 3 to 5 days. Three more weeks. I've contacted my credit card company and wibargain for a refund. All responses were out and out lies. Of note, all the positive reviews were "invited"

Just like everybody else, bought a box, got a fake tracking number, got no response to a refund, out a bunch of money! It’s a scam!
