I ordered and paid for two cases of bamboo cutting boards (12 units per case). I received one case that had 4 units and did not receive the second box. I contacted them about the shortage and they claim I was trying to commit fraud. I submitted a video of me opening the sealed box and they claim I opened the side to remove boards, which is completely untrue and have a witness (my wife) who took the video. They refuse to send the second box that I paid for so I am out $170+ for something I never received. In addition, the supervisor Mark, who called me was verbally abusive and threatened to call the police about “fraud” on my part. When I welcomed him to call the police, he continued to be abusive. I plan on filing a complaint with the NYS fraud department in hopes I can get the money back for product never received. Do not do business with this company…they are unscrupulous in their practices..

This company has a history of bait and switching. From previous reviews I thought it was just the products being switched, but my experience is with pricing. I placed an order and submitted payment. I then received an email saying that I needed to call a toll free number in order for my order to be released. When I called, the representative stated that my order was put on hold because they no longer wanted to honor the price of my order and asked me to agree to a price increase. The answer was no of course and she disconnected the line.

I ordered 180 pairs of Hanes Max Cushion Fresh IQ Socks from WSD on Christmas Eve. I was super excited and the package came 4 days later which was awesome. Then I opened the Box and found 9 six packs of the Socks I ordered and 21 six packs of the cheapest and thinest hospital Socks Hanes makes. Absolutely Horrible. Then I called customer service. They told me what is displayed in the pictures on the site when your making your purchase does not represent what you will receive. That's what they said. They said I can return it at my own cost. Absolutely Horrible Experience

The only reason you got one star is because I could not select less. The absolute worst company to deal with. If you order socks in your size they are irregular or incorrect size, you cannot return them without them charging you a 25% restocking fee. The audacity that business would do this is Showing how rapacious a company is! I am donating these socks to charity, and never ordering from this company ever again! The worst ever!

I happened to be searching for foam cushion pads and ran across this website that seem to be legit from what I've seen.and the prices are seriously reasonable for bulk items of all kinds of things.In my opinion they seem to be cheaper then BJ's,costcos,walmart,amazon etc
