Dear Marilyn Sloniker, We are deeply sorry to read about your experience and understand your frustration. We want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously. Regarding your case, we have reviewed our records and confirm that we have followed all due and correct procedures. It's important to note that all documents related to your case are signed by you, Marilyn Sloniker, and not by Ada, who acted as your broker. This implies that you had access to and approved the terms and conditions, including our no-refund policy. We understand your concern about communication and the lack of response. We want to assure you that we have always acted in good faith. However, we acknowledge that there may have been a communication breakdown on Ada's part by not adequately conveying the relevant information to you. We want to assure you that we are working to resolve your case, and we ask that you allow us to do so directly with you. We kindly request that you contact our Senior Consultant, Josue +1 (720) 699-1034, so we can follow up on your case individually and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter. Sincerely, The Wholesale Shelf Corporations Team
