Overall was very pleased with the experience. They kept in contact via email and phone to make sure everything was how I wanted. Hats turned out great. Slight mixup when I approved the embroidery. I emailed approval and they said I hadn't which delayed processing a couple days but other than that was good.

Outstanding customer service! Helpful from the first call to the last when the order is finalized. The design team helped create a refreshed look to our school logo for printing. We appreciated all the suggestions with regard to color of T-shirts and printing colors. They are the experts and have a great eye for what will look awesome. We now have awesome T-shirts for our school that everyone is proud to wear from students to faculty and administrators. We are looking forward to ordering other school spirit items with this company. Simple and easy every step of the way. Communication was excellent. Was a bit nervous because it was my first time using this site, but I have to say I am very satisfied with my tees. The best part is they send a approval pic of your tees to guarantee your satisfaction, so that you know and can confirm thats what you want. And the prices were very reasonable lower than these other "popular" printing sites. I will be ordering ordering from them in the future.
