Good business and fast shipping
Good business and fast shipping. The only reason I gave 4 was because of the processing. Having to send a cashapp then email to verify your purchase via email is too much. It actually seemed a little sketchy for a first time customer. Hopefully they'll work out the kinks. Other than that, I'd shop with the again.

Repeat customer issue resolved
I am updating a review with a higher rating because my issue was resolved. There was a problem with shipping and communication, but have received my order and everything appeared to be back to normal. After the first several days with no response and confusion about my order and tracking number, I was contacted and updated until my package arrived. I understand that the shipping issue affected more than just my order, and that this person probably had a lot of impatient clients to respond to. I've decided to keep my business here, as every other experience has been without issue.

Regarding shipping times, you are correct on our website it says prompt shipping but sometimes as in your case, its not very prompt. But nevertheless we always deliver and if not we refund your money. If every other time was excellent and we delivered, why become so irate? We wish you the best.
