scammed me for shipping. terms say free shipping over $35 i order $175 they charge $25 for shipping. Then ignore my multiple requests to cancel

This company is a complete nightmare. Website cart doesn’t work, they promise to call you back to place the order and never do, their phone line feels shady and unprofessional, and when you finally get someone they put you on endless hold while claiming they’re ‘helping another customer.’ Supervisor mysteriously unavailable. Zero accountability, broken buying process, and customer service that actively wastes your time. Stay far away — this is how businesses lose all trust

wholesalepoint 10 days have passed and they have not sent my order in any way. I have tried many ways to reach them but I can't reach them. I think they are scammers.

I've searched for years to find a pillow that saves me from neck pain. This one appears to be the best I've found. It's larger than I'd expected, but supports my head & neck for sleeping in all 3 positions I use - both sides & on my back. The price Wholesale Point charged was a big bonus for me also. Friendly service via phone & prompt delivery. Excellent in all areas!
