Ordered an iPhone replacement screen, next day I received shipping confirmation. Product shipped 5 days later and arrived almost two weeks after the order was placed. They offer free returns but won't provide an Return Authorization to return the product. Save yourself the time and hassle and order from a quality site like A***zon

Never received a replacement screen, already tried communicating multiple times, never got a reply back about my issue. You guys are terrible and this is the last time my clients & my store will be buying from this store again.

This is the way businesses should be ran 5 star they sent me out a new screen a genuine screen for my iPhone 11 I replaced the new one that they sent out had glitches in it I emailed the company wholesale warehouse and very politely they sent me out a new oneAnd just asked in return to return the first one sent I received the new one which is perfect and Company sent me a return printable receipt to go back I cannot complain this is how business should be when there’s a problem the company fixes it wholesale warehouse Gave me a six star Quality

The glass was broken on both screens

I ordered a screen and it came in broken. I tried to request a refund but there was no answer from the support staff. Do not buy here.

Great product . Would be 5 stars however I paid for priority shipping and it still took a week to get the product.
