Customer said all products are defective, but after we recevied them, none of them was even opened. they were all sealed pack, which means they never checked them. They got their full refund. Not sure why would they do this.

I wouldn't even give a star. First, I never received a confirmation email from the merchant, despite them charging my card. Second, I was told the shipping can take up to two month after I called them to inquire where my shipping was and why it hasn't arrived yet. Lastly, the man on the phone was rude and told me he was going to block me on ALL sites so no one will ever do business with me again. Nice try, scammer. The reason the shipping takes so long is because it comes directly from China. Save your money, order directly from China ... what they charge $4 for costs $.50 directly from China and free shipping... I hope they do block me from their site and any site they associate with because I do not want to do any business with them.

Its a shame how people can loose human values for mere $40. 🙏 We pray to God to give you a better life so you don't have to do these scams with any other person or business. GOD BLESS YOU !! She is clearly a Scammer sent from a competitor ! If we were able to attach her phone call recording and screenshots of her emails, her lies & intentions would be caught very easily. She placed an order with clear intentions of Scamming us, she chose standard shipping which clearly says 15-25 days, then she calls up much before that duration and starts talking nonsense that she is a lawyer and she paid for 2 day overnight shipping. She clearly knows her order has been shipped and cannot be stopped and is now scamming us for $42. May these $40 you stole from us help you in whatever you need.

Service was horrible. Nobody seems to know where my package is. The so called manager refused to listen and kept trying to read me a script. I had to get belligerent just to get something besides a script read to me. And I'm pretty sure he was just telling me whatever to get me off the phone.
