I can't say enough how much I appreciated the patience Charles showed with me. Seemed every time I said I could talk...it turned out I would have to have him call me back. Not once did he complain. I'm excited to use my new processing system. Everything was set up just like he said and already the customer service is great!

Charles was very knowledgeable about this credit card processing program & I felt as ease with switching over after he explained the whole background of it and who wouldn't want to save a ton of money.

I reached out to them unlike the annoying calls I get frequently from others trying to sell me cc processing. Jim picked up the phone in no time flat no hold for minutes or hours. It took a bit for us to understand a good solid direction as to what my needs were. Jim was able to explain different options, he researched my software provider for compatibility in order to help with a solution. He returned my inquires in a timely manner and had the answers required to make an informative decision. So far we are steps away from implementation and if all that goes as smooth as signing on I expect a very succsefull transition.
