This has been one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Charles was very direct and honest reps. I have had to deal with. He took the time to make sure that I understood EVERYTHING about the forms before he would send them, as well as got answers to all of my questions when he wasn't sure of what the answer was. And, don't let me get into how friendly and courteous he was, I really felt like I was discussing business with an old friend. Charles personify the idea of "Never have to touch it twice as long as you get it right the first time". Please find more reps like Charles!!!
