I had the lovely opportunity to speak with Lilly Sterling, and be able to become acquainted with her. She is a pleasure to speak with. Any company is lucky to have her. She not only did her job very efficiently but was very accommodating to me personally. I answered the phone not knowing anything about the program or what there was to offer all I knew was the few second advertisement that I had seen that really didn't explain anything and I requested information from. Luckily she knew everything there was to know about the program and quickly and effortlessly without hesitation ran through the entire program with me and all the requirements and paperwork. She even went above and beyond to stay with me on the line while I went through all the paperwork just in case I ran into any problems or had any questions. She was able to provide me with an extremely needed service to keep my business functioning while at the same time providing me with a very valued human connection that this day in age is hard to come by, as we all know. She had a great attitude and warm personality. I definitely felt like I've known her for years not just the small amount of time she walked me through the process and got the necessary information for the application. It felt as though I was catching up with an old friend instead. She without a doubt provided me with better customer service than I've encountered in a very long time if ever. Hana was really great! She did a lot of extra work to catch me when I wasn’t busy and could focus on her and the opportunity she had for my business. She really was so kind and patient, on top of that, she was well informed and was able to answer all of my questions and quell any concerns I had about extra hidden fees and charges.
