Awsome Customer Service
I was without a car and needed a crankshaft like yesterday. My local mechanic could not find one anywhere for 2 days. He finally found a couple of places that had one but they were really expensive. I did my own internet search and wholesaleimportparts came up immediately. The website was really impressive and very user friendly. Within 5 minutes I came up with the part I needed and at a fraction of the price my mechanic quoted me! . I researched other customer reviews and they were all excellent. The website said the company had been in business for over 33 years! So I decided to give them a try. I called customer service and spoke with Joe who was really awesome! Within 10 minutes the order was placed and the part was on its way within a few hours. I live on the East coast so I had them over night it to the garage where my car was. My mechanic could not believe it when the part was there by 10:00 am the next morning. I think he was pretty impressed and and said he will definitely be using them in the future. My husband was really proud of me and how I saved us so much money! Maybe now I can get that fancy dinner he has been promising me! I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed!
