I never signed up for this service. Charged my card $17

This company is engaging in fraudulent behavior by repeatedly attempting to charge my credit card for a service I never signed up for or agreed to. They have made multiple unauthorized attempts to withdraw money from my account without my consent, clearly showing that they are running a scam. I have never done business with this company and have no idea how they obtained my credit card information. When I called to resolve this issue, I was connected with someone who did not speak English fluently and was unable to answer any of my questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, they put me on mute every time I asked a question, which was extremely shady and unprofessional. This behavior further confirms that this company is not legitimate and is actively trying to avoid accountability.
