Hi Walter, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. I understand your concern, however, the product prices provided to you directly come from the supplier and Wholesale2B does not inflate them in any way at all. If you feel that a certain supplier is not providing wholesale prices, you could always create a ticket for the same and we'd address it right away. We're committed to offering our members the lowest prices possible, and take great measures to ensure the same. There are no lies and scams involved, I assure you. About the refund, we could not proceed with that as the services that you opted for were fully delivered to you. As mentioned above, we'd do our best to resolve any supplier-related queries. We'd urge you to create a ticket with all the concerns that you have and we'd get back to you right away. Thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. We're thankful. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. We do provide additional tools for eBay that would help you modify the specifications of a product in order to meet eBay's regulations. About the cancelation rates, you need to take into consideration that the rates are calculated while keeping the pandemic-related cancelations in calculations, and we're currently working on making them as accurate as possible. However, I do see that you have some valuable suggestions that could help us fine-tune our eBay integration. Could you please send us an email at [email protected] so that we could discuss your concerns further? We'd definitely like to improve as much as possible. :) Again, thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. We're thankful. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B

Hi Youssef, Thank you for taking the time to write a feedback for us. It is unfortunate to read reviews like this on a global platform, considering that they are potentially misleading to everyone. However, I'd try to address as many points as I can. About the product quantity, I'd like to note that we deliver exactly what we promise. For the integration that you have purchased with us, we let you upload 10,000 products to your store, without putting a limit on it in any way. So no, there is no limit of 10 products per month or such at all. When I checked with my colleagues regarding the same, they did tell me that you had the Quantity Filter set to "upload products only if at least 1000 of those products are in stock", which is why only 40 products were pushed to your store. My colleague did recommend you to lower the quantity filter of entirely remove it in order to push all the products in your list to your store. A conversation of the same can be found right here: https://wholesale2b.tinytake.com/msc/NTk2Mzg0NV8xODE0NDE5OA I understand that you've had a dissatisfactory experience with us, and for that I sincerely apologize. But to leave a scathing - albeit severely misleading - review here would serve no purpose as we would be unable to resolve your concerns unless you let us know about those. Again, we're eager to work towards resolving any issues that you have with Wholesale2B's integrations and are always available at your service. Thank you for your association with Wholesale2B. We're grateful. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B

Hi Deepak, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I'd like to clarify some things here. About the product prices, those are provided to all of our members on 'as is' basis, which means they directly come from the suppliers - and Wholesale2B doesn't intervene or alter those prices in any way. If you feel that some suppliers are priced high, you can report the same to us, and we'd investigate the matter immediately. Also, the tracking codes are immediately sent to you once the suppliers provide us with those, without an inch of delay. About the response time in customer service, all of our support tickets are answered within 24 hours on business days. The beauty of our ticketing system lies in the method that we employ. There are no middlemen in this process. Any technical issue is answered directly by our developers, and order-related issues are handled by the fulfillment team. For the website's user experience, please send an email to us about the same. We'd definitely look into it, as we're constantly striving to deliver the best experience to our members. The $80 to $10 comparison seems a bit far-fetched, for 1. we make sure that we get ONLY the wholesale prices of the products and 2. we closely monitor the price changes. However, please feel free to provide us with the proofs of the same, and we'd intimate with the suppliers. About the transaction difference issue, like we explained, we only deal in US Dollars and any conversions made are by your bank and/or PayPal, and not us. Hence, the resolution has to come from them and not us. We've refunded you the same amount that was paid to us while you made the transactions - we did not deduct anything from the same. Again, thank you for your association with Wholesale2B. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B

Hi Leonardo, Thank you for your review about Wholesale2B. Our Ebay integration is indeed something that we pride upon. :) I see that you didn't have a very pleasant experience with us and our services. Let us address all the concerns one by one, shall we? About items being overpriced - the prices are wholesale prices provided by the suppliers, and Wholesale2B offers them to you on 'as is' basis. We do not inflate or increase the prices by any means, they're purely supplier-provided. While most of our products could be purchased using PayPal and Credit Cards, some categories or products may require us to impose restrictions. These are products that may fall into a more NSFW category, for which we require wire transfers - and it is made very clear in the Products browsing page itself. The reason why you could not use a credit card or Paypal was because your account wasn't completely verified at the time. We at Wholesale2B perform multiple checks to make sure that the account holder is indeed authentic, and these steps are taken to ensure our member's safety. Also, we've now verified your account, which means you could now process your orders without any issues at all. Again, I apologize for your experience with us. Could you please get in touch with us using our ticketing system so that we could help resolve all of your concerns? We're more than willing to provide you with an experience that you expected from us. Perhaps that could motivate you to remove some points from the Cons section and add them to Pros? :) Please reconsider your decision. Please be assured that we constantly strive to create better member experiences. Thank you, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B

Thank you for taking time and writing a review about us. We greatly appreciate your association with Wholesale2B. I am writing this to address the cons of Wholesale2B that you mentioned. Let's address them one at a time. The prices of products are strictly wholesale-only and are provided to you on as is basis, directly from the supplier. Wholesale2B doesn't inflate or add any surcharge over product prices at all. Could you please confirm that you set up global markups for the products? If that was not done, then all the products must've imported with default retail prices - which are typically higher than what you'd set. About the stock status of products, our products are directly sources from the suppliers, hence at times it may happen that they'd run out of stock. If you feel that a certain product has been out of stock for quite a while, please report it to us so we could investigate the issue. The prices increase regularly - Again, I'd like to repeat what I said above, the prices of products are provided on as is basis, without us doing anything in the middle. There might be some products that require price changes, however, if you feel that there's an unfair increase in price for a certain product, please feel free to report it to us. All in all, I'd like you to have you onboard again and grow your dropshipping journey with us. Please let me know if you have any other query or request. I'd be happy to assist. Thanks and regards, Peter Caradonna CEO - Wholesale2B
