Hi Arjun, Thank you for taking the time to provide a feedback to us. I skimmed across your Wholesale2B account and support tickets and could see that you've misrepresented the facts. 1. Wholesale2B delivered all shipments to your concerned 3rd-party forwarder on time, and communicated with you about the same in timely manner too. Unfortunately, you missed forwarding those orders to your customers from your forwarder's dashboard - which is why your orders never reached your customers. As W2B promptly delivered all of the orders on time to your forwarder, the responsibility of forwarding them to your customers falls on you, not us. 2. As mentioned previously through our support channel, the funds in your accounts would be sent to your bank account after 6 months of the deposit date. This is done in order to prevent any unruly chargebacks against us. We are very transparent with what we do, so your funds would stay safe with us, so you need not worry at all. 3. I also noticed that we've issued a prorated refund to you despite providing all the services as promised. We understand your situation - albeit no issues being caused by us - and have issued the refund as goodwill. In spite of being extremely helpful and willing to assist you as much as we could, you refused to cooperate and instead chose to defame us without any valid reason. At Wholesale2B, we have a large number of members (both in USA and outside USA) who dropship daily and all of the orders are delivered on time and also the support tickets are promptly answered too. Hi Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us. I am sorry to learn that you've had a dissatisfactory experience with us. That is not the experience that we wish to deliver to our members at all. At Wholesale2B, the wholesale cost of the products come directly from the suppliers and are shown to you 'as is', without making any changes to prices or inflating them. If you feel that a certain supplier is charging higher for the products than they should, you can always create a ticket for the same and we would immediately look into it. A dropshipping business is a proven business model and many of our members make sales every day. It is similar to any e-commerce store out there, in the sense that it has to be marketed as a brand to establish a strong online presence. Doing so would ensure more sales for your products. Hi Joel, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us. I am sorry to learn that you've had a dissatisfactory experience with us. I quickly checked your account and found that your plan was not marked for cancelation - hence we attempted to charge your card each month. When I checked your conversations with us, I could not find the one where you had requested for canceling your plan. Please let me know if I missed the request. I assure you that once the plan is canceled, we do not charge your card at all. If you feel that there was an error at our end, then please create a ticket with us and we'd get back to you right away. Hi Emeril, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us. I understand that you're willing to call us for quick resolutions, however, we currently do not operate over calls. We pride on our support & assistance which we solely provide through our ticketing system. Had you opened a ticket, your concerns would have been resolved sooner - given that each ticket is assigned to the appropriate department instead of going through middlemen; which means a bug related ticket would be answered by a developer from the team and an order related ticket would be answered by the order fulfillment team. About password reset, did you check your Spam/Junk folder? It's a possibility that the email to reset password landed there. Please check the same to confirm.
