Hi Msbway, Thank you for taking the time to write feedback for us. As I recall, we had created a complete store for you, and were promptly assisting you throughout the process at each step. Provided that you were looking for full control over the configuration of your WordPress website, we suggested we migrate you over to the WooCommerce plan - which was done promptly as well. I can see that you were charged post-migration, but that wasn't a hidden charge that we didn't discuss or purposely avoided to mention. It was the charge for the renewal of your monthly subscription, which coincidentally happened right after the migration. As we understand that you could not take full benefit of the dropship website store plan and were recently migrated to the WooCommerce plan, we've issued you the full refund of the most recent charge back to your mode of payment. About the response time in customer service, all of our support tickets are answered within 24 hours on business days. The beauty of our ticketing system lies in the method that we employ. There are no middlemen in this process. Any technical issue is answered directly by our developers, and order-related issues are handled by the fulfillment team. From what I read, your main concern was the concern over the access to backend of your store - we do mention all the things that you'd receive on our Dropship Website Store pre-activation page (including links to sample stores) - we offered you the solution that you'd most likely prefer. Also, any Wholesale2B sourced product is 100% authentic and is fulfilled by our authorized suppliers. All of the products are quality-tested and are not subpar by any means. However, I'd try to address as many points as I can. First of all, we very much are a legit business since the last 19 years, with absolutely no intention to scam anyone. We pride on the service that we provide and would continually strive to do business with you and everyone else as transparently as possible. About the refund, it most likely was declined on the grounds of you, in fact, utilizing our service to sell on marketplaces/stores. I understand that you've had a dissatisfactory experience with us, and for that I sincerely apologize. But to leave a scathing - albeit severely misleading - review here would serve no purpose as we would be unable to resolve your concerns unless you let us know about those. Hi Mauricio, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Wholesale2B does have a lot of positive reviews on YouTube and everywhere else - honest ones at that - and we're grateful for all of them. I understand your concern, however, the product prices provided to you directly come from the supplier and Wholesale2B does not inflate them in any way at all. If you feel that a certain supplier is not providing wholesale prices, you could always create a ticket for the same and we'd address it right away. We're committed to offering our members the lowest prices possible, and take great measures to ensure the same. There are no lies and scams involved, I assure you. For Amazon comparison, we recommend to always compare your prices with the average selling prices on Amazon instead of comparing them with the lowest prices. For eBay, we do not control the listings and the prices are fetched from the products available on eBay itself. For fragrances, while most of these products could be sold on Amazon without issues, we recommend getting brand approvals in order to avoid any violations. It is not in Wholesale2B's vicinity to get the brand approvals for our members as some of the brands prefer to authenticate the resellers themselves. This requirement does not render the service useless as the products can still be pushed to Amazon using our automation integration. About us being a scam, I can vouch that we most certainly are not - given our 20 years of service in the dropshipping space where we've served over 400k dropshippers and helped them sell thousands of products each year. Hi Zeshan, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Upon checking your account, I came across the conversation between you and the Wholesale2B team, and here are a few things I found: 1. The orders were not imported from Amazon to your Wholesale2B account as the products were missing W2B Supplier IDs in the SKUs - which are used to import orders from Amazon to W2B. They were missing the Supplier IDs in the SKUs because the products were manually added by you to your Amazon account - and not by Wholesale2B. Our automated Amazon integration can only import products which were pushed from the list associated with the integration. Any items added manually to your store would not be included in the automation. 2. Our team was quick to communicate with you on this, after which you placed orders for the products. As the orders were placed by you much later than when they appeared in your Amazon account, they were delayed and that may have resulted in the suspension - by no fault of Wholesale2B. Overall, it wasn't our API's fault or our fulfilment services', but the manual posting of products and orders from your end. Thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B. We're grateful. Wholesale2B fetches the updated data from the suppliers every few hours - and as some products are sold at a faster rate than the others, it may happen that by the time your order is processed, the products runs out of stock. I understand that there are cases where a customer gets the order even though they got its refund, it is still a delivered order from the distributor, in which case it becomes a tough job for us to make the distributor work with you 1-on-1 to discuss about a refund. About the customer support, we rely on the support tickets as they're directly assigned to the concerned personnel, making it quicker to provide you with a resolution. We pride on our support and always will. About the sales, they depend on multiple factors. If you're facing issues with making sales, you can always create a support ticket and we'd have a look at your list of items and provide you with recommendations based on our assessment. After going through your review, we immediately launched an internal investigation and it turned out that, yes, there were indeed products with high shipping rates. Wholesale2B prides on its promise to deliver the best prices possible and these products do not meet the criteria that we set. As a result of which, all of the products with abnormally high shipping rates have now been delisted in Wholesale2B, and would actively be delisted ahead too. Hi Luis, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. The products at Wholesale2B are 100% original and authentic. As promised, we do (and did) provide you with an Authorization letter from Wholesale2B stating that the products are original and you're allowed to resell them. This letter most certainly works in almost all cases of such violations. We also mention the distributor/supplier from which the products are sourced and assist you with the authentication proof. However, it may happen at times that the brand of the products may file an infringement complaint - which is beyond our control. Wholesale2B acts as an extensive catalog to help you avoid the hassles of inventory management and shipping, but it does not act as a representative for the brands of the products. The selection and choice of products to sell/resell solely lie with you. Anyhoo, thank you for being associated with Wholesale2B.
