really slow and bad service
I still have 2 tickets open where support is taking for ever to response, if response always incomplete answer if there is an answer you again have to wait to get another response for more than 24 hours. I am selling my products on Wholesale2b as well as using wholesale2b service to sell different products on my ebay account. Got an item sold from my ebay account and wholesale2b is taking for ever to ship that sold item , item sold 1/24/2024 and still today feb 1, 2024 the item is not shipped. now i am facing negative feedback from my client on my ebay account as well as case got open against me that item is not delivered. Peter Caradonna CEO if possible can you please take some action? 2nd my item got sold first time via Wholesale2b on jan 24, 2024 I open the ticket to seek guidance what is the process how to receive the payment so that i can ship the item in time... response is taking more than 24 hours as well as when got the response the information is not clear. I requested so many time to support peoples to give me a call , or give me a call back number or if calling me leave a voice mail, if i missed a call give me a call again and leave a voice mail when you are going to give me a call again, but no one is taking any action....... now today is feb 1, 2024 and i am sure the client will request to cancel this order also because wholesale2b response is either half answer or very late response... Peter Caradonna CEO not sure what you can do regarding both of my cases. ?? I have taken a full year membership with wholesale2b and now regretting my decision !!

If you feel that a certain supplier is charging higher for the products than they should, you can always create a ticket for the same and we would immediately look into it. I can also see that you've made a few sales this month, while earning profits on each of them. We do also provide live chat support, and if an issue is out of scope for the team, you're immediately redirected to get in touch with the concerned personnel directly. Answer your previous reply! First off is you are not telling truth I ask your support about the eBay sale and you get back to me 3 days later you say you going to work on it after you say that I had a couple more sale and every sales I have from the eBay I lost money because your price is not considering the eBay as charging the tax about 15% each product by the time they take the tax back and we are end up losing money I send you several screenshot by email you provide to me then you ask me eBay report I send you full report by email again and you still didn't resolve any problem and you didn't fix any problem so you are lying right now do not lie for in a Millions and stop cheating people like this your products does not make money on the eBay sales and you need to let your customer know I pay you guys three month fees and I need that money back ASAP

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, all products are high prices with very high shipping rates that you cant sell it on other sites. Wholesale2b is a waste of money. Just regretting on my purchase

If you feel that a certain supplier is charging higher for the products than they should, you can always create a ticket for the same and we would immediately look into it. Additionally, the transaction fee is levied by the payment processor and not us. It also takes into account a nominal processing fee if (and only if) we process the orders for you and handle the communication with the suppliers. i was planing to start dropshipping…
i was planing to start dropshipping from wholesale2b and before i subscribe i found some of the products are posted on their site are totally wrong. the title says (MILLERS Cat Claw Scissors) and there is a pic of balls :) next one says (CHUCKIT Tennis Ball 4 Pack Medium 2.5 Inch) and there is pic of Duck :D there is more more and more now i am confused what to do :( Any idea guys

Please note that the products and their data in Wholesale2B are provided by the suppliers and we present the data to you on 'as is' basis, without modifying anything. As we host a million products, chances are rare, but it could happen that we miss a mismatch of the product details like the ones in your example.
