I think most of the time is great
I think most of the time is great, the costumer service is quick and prompt to unswer my questions, also a good thing for me is to know from which provider a product comes from, is very transparent ;) , but also there is room for improvement like: 1. There are some listings is different from what is on Amazon, and because of this I had to cancel some orders. 2. The profit is not bad and it depends on the product, but in the page it says like the profit is $100, but really not, we could and up with $16-3, parte is because of the Amazon fee and I don't know why is a big part of "this profit" in between that is missing. Thank you!

Hello, thank you for the review. Our system will push products to Amazon every 2 hours however the LIVE count on your dashboard will change only after 24 hours as this is how much time Amazon takes to report back to us. Also I would recommend that you check the Error page to see if there is anything shown on that page coming from Amazon itself. Sometimes an error may occur on the Amazon side. Nevertheless you are always welcome to create a support ticket anytime and our tech team will be happy to help you review the status of your current product uploads.

Ok company to work with
This is great company to work with. If there are any issues that you might have, they will do their best to resolve it. Products and service is very good. There are a few tweaks that need to be worked out with the system but overall it is a great company. I would not recommend placing orders on the site to ship to customers because Thia had my tracking information for 9 days without sending it to me. When I got it, there was still no movement with this important package. If you place your own orders with the distributor, it will create a better experience for sure. Not so great with shipping products. Update: Thank you for helping try to get this resolved but I have to say that this is not a 5 star company yet at all. I take my customers reviews seriously and try to make improvement and have to admit that we are not a 5 star company yet either. Wholesale2b really needs to improve on their customer support for sure. Honestly!

Thank you for the nice review and I apologize for any delay with the order. As you know our team works with the suppliers to get the tracking codes and some suppliers provide them quicker than others. We provide an average time taken by each supplier to provide tracking code with our Shipping Time Report which is accessible by clicking on the left menu W2B Reports. If you could kindly provide me with the order number and I will gladly check on the issue you had.
