Will only fix what is easy for them to fix and won't allow variants
If you present a problem they will see if it's easy for them to fix. Not if its technically possible to fix or if it will benefit their clients, but if its easy for them to fix it. For example, you cannot create variants on their side, which I can understand, But they will NOT allow you to create variants on your store side because then their 'updates' wont work. But technically they can, they just won't put the time and effort to allow you to do it. So you are stuck with having to choose from having multiple items show up on your store (one for Size S, another for M, another for L, XL, etc) or choosing not to carry that item (or vendor) at all. Which defeats the purpose of paying for such services. W2b is good if you're just starting off and don't know what niche to select or even how you want to design your store and don't mind having repeated items show up on your site.

We appreciate it a lot - it helps us get better. :) Although you pose an interesting analysis about how we process technical requests, I am afraid to note that it is quite inaccurate. With variants, it largely depends on our suppliers how they provide the data to us and how well we can integrate the variations with all the integrations. At first glance, it may appear that it is a unified approach - that all suppliers provide us with the data the same way - however, that is not the case. The suppliers at Wholesale2B vary vastly, and it is almost impossible to track each change at the product level. Hence, we provide the products to you separately, so that you do not lose on the business and profits. Having said that, we'd definitely update our pipeline to improve the syncing and uploading of variable products and employ our best efforts to make the process more seamless.
