DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I order 150 flowers, the condition of the flower where terrible! 8 flowers had no head, all the stems were bent. I reach out to customer service in which was the topping on the cake. The chatted with me and when I told them my problem, they had an attitude that my box was badly damaged. She ignored me in the chat, I would get a response than have to wait hours for another reply in an instant chat. I will count the flowers tonight, it does not look like 150 flowers

If I could give them a negative one star I would. I have many experiences ordering flowers from wholesale companies. I have never had a problem. But this time I chose to use this company because they had the flowers I wanted. I called to place the order so I could confirm that they would get there timely. I am renting a Venue that there is nobody to take delivery. Not only ate the flowers not going to be there for my event. But they are arriving 5 days in advance and will sit in their box for 48 hours in 100 degree weather. This is a destination location and I made it clear when I would arrive. When I called to confirm the flowers last week I found out that they were arriving 5 days in advance.l asked for either money back. New delivery date. Or new delivery address but received no help. But I did receive a lengthy letter telling me that it was basically my fault. Do not order from this company.

Corsages not as ordered, terrible quality, broken flowers and leaves. event ruined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I worked with the whole blossoms team to select the perfect delivery day for my event. I eagerly awaited my overnight delivery, which did not arrive; whole blossoms even contacted me about the delay! Unfortunately, I received zero sympathies or assistance from the whole blossoms team for my late delivery. The flowers were closed entirely, and there was no time before my event to let them open. I was in constant communication about the delay and the resulting issues. I received blocks of text about how none of this was a problem or their fault (really, it is FedEX's fault). I am so depressed that I trusted my daughter's baptism to this company. I have closed buds that arrived late, and I had to purchase other flowers at the groceries store. I hope this does not happen to anyone else

AWFUL! Flowers arrived dead the day before my event. The remainder of the flowers arrived the day of my event when I was celebrating my wedding!!! Horrible customer service they won't refund anything or take accountability. I HATE WHOLE BLOSSOMS! I will never order from them again as they are not reliable, do not respond to complaints, do not take accountability for their mistakes. Honestly, there are better wholesale flower companies out there and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My hydrangeas arrived late and in extremely poor condition, as did the ranunculus. If your order goes flawlessly by some miracle, great. But if you have any snags, they will fight you and fight you and never refund you. Horrible customer service. We had to buy last minute random flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service and I would NEVER use this company again.

While I’m sure this company delivers as expected frequently, they were deceitful with me. I ordered cherry blossoms for my wedding. They arrived in a bag rather than a box and completely crushed. And late. The buds had fallen off the stems and were unable to be used. They committed to refunding my money and then in the middle of my busy wedding weekend explained that they had unilaterally decided only to offer a partial refund. Too many other companies out there to risk this type of treatment for you own event!

Ordered garden roses for a baby shower and found that 1/3 of the order was unusable due to damage. Upon receiving the order we followed all recommended care and handing tips and after no improvement in the roses we contacted customer service. I was asked to provide photos of the flowers, farm name, shipping box, description of the issue, etc. which I did and was told that they only believed 4 of the stems were damaged. Called back customer service and was asked to submit additional photos. Submitted additional photos and was again told they would only reimburse for 4 stems and would only send replacement flowers if the entire order was damaged. Asked to speak with a supervisor who was busy at the time and of course the supervisor never called back. Please avoid this vendor or you may end up with unusable flowers right before a major event.
