Beware!! Not such a good deal and they are not careful enough with delicate flowers. I ordered 5 bunches of blue cornflowers. I requested a refund for a 12 of the cornflowers I had ordered for my daughter's wedding. When they arrived I followed instructions by cutting each stem 1-2 inches shorter and rehydrated in filtered water. I called immediately when I noticed severely bent and broken stems. 3 stems that were broken had full flower heads. The other nine were unopened buds but they had no chance of opening or being a good flower since they were broken or bent. After spending about $2,000 on flowers from whole blossoms between two weddings this summer, I expected better service. I am only asking a refund for the dozen flowers I can't use. They want to give me a refund for only 3 flowers. Hope the value of 9 flowers is worth this bad review. No value to being a repeat customer. I will not spend another dollar with Whole Blossoms- wholly Rip Off!

Horrible service
Horrible service! Rotten flowers! Very disappointed! Tried to call the company several times… answers were “ I need to speak with my boss, who is not available for the next week “. Paid them over $250 for 10 lily of the valley and all the flowers arrived dead. Do not use this company if you don’t want to compromise yourself!

We take legitimate customer concerns very seriously and investigate every complaint carefully. Because reviews on open public platforms may be submitted without an order number or verified transaction attached, we believe it is important to clarify the facts.
After reviewing the name and email address associated with this review, as well as our order records for the past 24 months, we were unable to locate any matching order or customer record. We have requested verification through Trustpilot several times over the last 10 days, including an order number, receipt, delivery ZIP code, recipient name, or the email address used at checkout. To date, no verifiable order information has been provided to us.
Trustpilot’s reviewer guidance states that reviews should be based on a genuine experience within the previous 12 months. Based on the information currently available, we cannot verify that this review relates to any recent order placed with Whole Blossoms, or to any order at all.
We also strongly dispute the statement that our team would tell a customer that assistance was unavailable because “the boss” was gone for a week. That does not reflect our customer-service standards or our documented support process.
Whole Blossoms has served weddings, events, and floral customers for many years, with more than 58,000 orders shipped and over 1,800 customer reviews available directly on our website from customers with verified purchasing experiences. We care deeply about our clients and the events they trust us with. Fresh flowers are perishable, and when a verified customer reports a legitimate issue, we have a clear resolution process that includes reviewing photos, delivery details, and order records so we can address the matter promptly and fairly.
This review, as currently written and without any verifiable order information, is not an accurate reflection of who we are as a company or how we care for our customers.
If this reviewer believes they placed an order with us, we invite them to provide the order number, receipt, email address used at checkout, recipient name, delivery ZIP code, or other identifying information so we can verify the transaction and investigate it properly.
Until such information is provided, we cannot confirm that this review is accurate, recent, or connected to a genuine Whole Blossoms order.

Beware of Whole Blossoms!!!!
Flower review
Please beware!!!! This company absolutely treated us horribly!!
This is the only bad review I have ever written but my experience was THAT terrible that I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
First, we found out the wedding flowers we ordered and paid for were not available. That was okay. We settled for substitutions they offered even though they weren’t what we wanted.
Our flowers were supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday before our wedding. The flowers arrived THREE DAYS LATE, the NIGHT BEFORE the wedding after all of the arrangements (we had to buy more flowers elsewhere) were already made, during our rehearsal dinner. Basically the answer we received was just “too bad, it’s FedEx’s fault.”
If the flowers had arrived at all usable, we would not have asked for a refund but by the time they arrived, it was literally impossible to use them for our wedding. Can you imagine trying to unbox, hydrate, process, and arrange flowers the night after your rehearsal dinner with a wedding to prepare for the next day??!?!? We understood from the beginning that there could be a ‘delay,’ but we never expected them to be unusable. They sat in a box with no water for three extra days and were in terrible shape when they did arrive. One of the flowers we ordered was supposed to be light pink. The flowers had been SPRAY PAINTED. They were boxed wet, all stuck together, and with the original yellow color showing through.
Not only did they refuse to refund any of our money, we were also told it was MY FAULT that I didn’t tell them when I ordered that I would be at the rehearsal and not home to receive the shipment. Like I was supposed to know they wouldn’t be delivered until the night before the wedding and should have told them I wouldn’t be home.
Overall the product, the customer service, the entire experience was absolutely horrible.
Please do yourself a favor and use ANY other flower company besides Whole Blossoms.

Hi Crystal,
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We have carefully reviewed this order and the communications associated with it.
The event date provided on the order was Friday, and Tuesday was selected as the estimated delivery date. As stated in the delivery policy accepted at checkout, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or agricultural clearance, weather, origin delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. In this case, FedEx experienced a transit delay; however, the order was delivered before the listed Friday event date and within the delivery terms accepted at checkout.
The original product was unavailable, and our team contacted you regarding a substitution. The substitution to Craspedia and Larkspur was approved before shipment. We also reviewed the order comments and related communications, and there were no notes stating that the shipment could not be accepted after Tuesday, that you would be traveling, or that special receiving limitations needed to be considered.
After delivery, a refund was requested. Because the order was delivered before the listed event date and within the accepted policy terms, it did not qualify for a refund under our policy. However, as a courtesy, we still offered a store credit in an effort to help.
Regarding the product color, some floral items and colors are specialty processed or tinted because those colors do not occur naturally. This was also explained in our communication.
We understand that carrier delays are frustrating, especially for event flowers, and we never want a customer to feel disappointed. At the same time, we must follow the delivery and claims policies that are presented and accepted before checkout. We made every effort to communicate, ship the approved substitution, and offer a courtesy resolution even though the order was delivered within the accepted delivery window.

Flowers arrived horribly packaged
Flowers arrived horribly packaged and it went downhill from there. I was able to put them in water (as directed) within five minutes of receiving them. I ordered Lily of the Valley which is an incredibly delicate flower (and cost over $250 for 25 stems!!!) for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary (my mom had these for her bridal bouquet) so should have been packaged very carefully. Most of the greenery was damaged and at least half of the stems. I followed all the procedures by calling, chatting, and completing the claim form with photos and received a canned response that the damage was not damage and just lack of hydration. I have continued to take care of the flowers in the hopes they would be fine by the event (two days after delivery - a day before I actually requested delivery) and they have just not recovered. I have received no additional support and been told I can send them back using overnight mail (which is not how they were sent to me - packaged on Tuesday and arrived Thursday) and will have to pay a $50 fee and 35% restocking. For their damaged flowers! DON'T USE THEM!

We are sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations.
Upon receiving the claim, our team carefully reviewed the photos submitted. The images did not show damage to the flower heads or stems. Lily of the Valley are sold and priced by the stem; the foliage is included as complementary greenery and natural variation may occur.
We offered the option to return the product for a full refund in accordance with our Satisfaction Policy. The customer chose to keep the flowers, and as a gesture of goodwill we extended a 30% store credit while allowing the product to be retained.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review concerns promptly and offer appropriate resolutions. Our team remains committed to transparency, fairness, and supporting customers through the claims process.

Impossible to get refund on order not received
I ordered 3 different types of flowers for my mothers Celebration of Life. 2 were received, and unfortunately her favorite was not. Turns out the box was damaged in FedEx transit and undeliverable. Whole Blossoms would not refund, and said they had to file claim with FedEx. This was approx July 19th. It is Oct 3 and I have still not received refund. FedEx processed the claim the Whole Blossoms in Sept. I've left numerous messages and texts, and nobody will respond. Check upfront what the refund policy is and if youll ever get one.

Dear Darcy,
We are truly sorry for the frustration you felt during the process. We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
As soon as FedEx informed us that the box was lost (not just damaged), we immediately offered you a store credit to resolve things more quickly. You indicated you preferred to wait for a direct refund. Since FedEx claims have their own timeline, we remained in contact with you until FedEx completed the claim. The moment FedEx issued the check, we refunded you the full amount they provided ($100). The remaining $2.59, which was not covered by FedEx, was left as store credit.
We want to assure you that we responded to your messages throughout, and we apologize if there was any confusion. Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and efficiently. Should you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help.
Sincerely,
The Whole Blossoms Team

Wedding Flowers
We DIY'd our wedding flowers! With a floral undercurrent to our theme, this could've been a risky decision. But Whole Blossoms came through with incredible quality and range of flowers. We ordered delivery two days before our wedding and it was the perfect amount of time for the blooms to open up. I wouldn't go much more than 3-4 days in advance though because now, a week later, they all look pretty meh. Make sure to get some 5-gallon buckets (ours were from Costco) and have them pre-filled with water so on the day of delivery you can open up the boxes and immediately put your flowers in the water. And do note that it takes longer than you think to assemble bouquets!
