After buying an engraved memorial flower pot for my mother’s grave it arrived with ink missing on the letters which was such a disappointment and bought especially to mark a birthday. After emailing customer services, an agent called karolina promised to refund this immediately. 6 days later and I have received nothing not even a confirmation email. I emailed the store and heard nothing again. I will be getting my money back via my bank. It’s disgusting customer service and being sent defect products. Avoid this website !!

if i could give 0 stars i definitely would!! - i placed an order on the 8th april of £193 and i still have not received parts of the order. it was for a funeral which has passed the stressed this company have caused and the generally do not care. i have to wait till i receive all the items so i can send it all back so god knows how long my refund will take! - do not order from this company

Really annoying having to sit outside waiting for them to open. Been sat here since 6 when they say they open and still nobody has turned up for work. If you going to open at 7 or 8 just say. Really don’t appreciate having the stat of my day wasted waiting for you.
