The perfect business
The single greatest experience I've ever had across any industry. Not just retail, literally anywhere. I have now placed two online orders, both have been quick and the products perfect. Each came with a handwritten postcard. The in store experience is above and beyond. They genuinely cared. They asked questions and took the time to figure out what I needed, instead of just trying to sell me something. They made sure I was comfortable and we chatted. We talked foams, laces, toe boxes, tongues, heel collars, and more. I was given an americano while I waited. We discussed training, past races, upcoming races, you name it. I struggle to find the words to explain the experience but it could not have been better. I immediately called my wife and kids to tell them about it, that's how greatly I was affected. This is the single best business I have ever come across and they have my loyalty when it comes to any product or service they offer. The world needs more of this and I hope they never change.

Arron! As a fellow runner and owner of the shop this feedback is exactly what I aimed for when starting the shop - people first, retail second. We get to meet so many incredibly people through the shop and these relationships / being a community resource is what makes it so fun to do what we do. If you need anything else down the road just give a shout and we hope you can make it to one of the many events we host throughout the year. -Andrew
