Poor service and part quality
This purchase has been nothing but one headache after another. First of all I made the purchase of the spring insulators for my camaro and found the item to be on back order. When I called for an update on things I was told it was gonna be a month before i would receive the item which I was a bit disappointed about. When I received the item and went to install it the fitment of the product was awful. Even when trying to fit the product in different configurations it wouldn’t sit properly within the strut. I tried reaching back out for a couple days after trying to install the product and was sent to voicemail multiple times. Finally when i was able to get ahold of someone I was told a refund would be processed. after waiting for a week the refund still had not been processed I was told after calling again to see what was going on. I honestly have had such a bad experience with the customer service and the parts themselves that I don’t see myself being a customer in the future.
