My name is Chad Nelson, I have worked with Brian Quinn at White, Jacobs & Associates to clean up my credit to purchase a new home. going into it i was weary because I was thinking oh this is just another place that's going to take my money and not get anything done. NOT THE CASE. this guy's professionalism and expertise in his field was unmatched. and the one thing that really stood out for me was that, before he even got started he took the time to get to know who I was, and what I wanted to achieve. he explained to me what needed to be done and we got to work. he was there to take my call every time, and answered every email I sent him. and even now after the service is done continue's to take my call's when I have question's. Now that's service. Our goal was to get me into a new house. Working with Allan Hansen with White, Jacobs & Associates was the best decision I could have made regarding my future! In the 6 months I worked with Allan I raised my credit score 40+ points, got several things deleted from my credit report and qualified for a home loan! That was my ultimate goal, a home!!!! I did not expect for things to improve so dramatically but Allan was very specific, thorough, patient and knew exactly what I needed to do improve my score. It was money WELL SPENT! Joe Camacho is the best in the business. He is brutally honest and is up front. He does not sugar coat or b/s his clients. When I contacted him, I knew I was in bad shape, and it was nobody's fault but my own. I probably couldn't have gotten a loan for a bicycle if I wanted one nevertheless a car or house. Well yesterday I just closed on a home (with a great interest rate, no PMI and no origination fee). I wouldn't be where I am credit wise w/o Joe Camacho. I called to thank him yesterday and his first words out of his mouth were,"Mr Quinn, we're not done yet." Even after buying my house he wants to keep working and make sure I get to where he promised me, which is well into the 700's on all three credit reports. He has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuous efforts. If you are on the fence, just pull the trigger, because Joe is your man. Furthermore, Joe is always reachable. Joe is the best!! We were in a desperate situation and had no one to turn to. Thankfully we found Joe!! He was able to repair our credit and get us into a new home. Steven Tansey from White Jacobs gave me a second chance in the credit world. I heard about Steve and White Jacobs from a friend who he helped. She shared every month how her credit score had improved and that she could buy a house. When I started the program my credit score was mid-500 to very low 600. I had been previously married and had a terrible divorce. I was in debt over my head and to make matters worse I live in California cost of living is high. I didn’t even know where to begin. I begin the program in February I used my income tax as a down payment. Steve assessed my credit report educated me on the program how it worked. Steve asked me what my goals are. I told Steve that my goal was to buy a house. Steve told me what he could fix and what he might have a hard time fixing. What an amazing company to have on your side! I had an issue with an unscrupulous collection company that had reported a collection on me that unfortunately severely compromised my credit score. Because of the collection issue, I started working with LeAnn and WJA and after only SIX short weeks, the derogatory information was removed from my credit report!
