White Collar Advice has created a unique space for those of us who have become involved with the Federal Criminal Justice System and the Department of Justice to find help, information and the most important, support and friendship. White Collar Advice offers prompt, specific, knowledgeable, advice on matters pertaining to being arrested, indicted for a crime. They offer expertise on how to handle a pre-sentencing interview, manage the prison experience, and how to create and present a release plan. All this is done with the goal of getting the felon back to their family as quickly as possible, back to being a productive member of society, and making society safer while reducing costs associated with incarceration.
