Good but wish got transcription of chat
Took time, didn't feel rushed, offered different options. Only complaint is that I didn't receive a copy of transcript.

Great Service
I cannot say enough about this service. I have a rescue cat and it is so helpful to have a calm voice on the phone at 11 pm. The guidance and support, even if just to hear "it's all okay" is so valuable. Everyone I have interacted with has been awesome. Thank you!

As a first time pet owner
As a first time pet owner, this saved me from a trip to the vet and reassured me that I was doing the right things for my pet. The vet tech I spoke with was friendly, patient, and very thorough. She took her time with me and explained everything in detail.
