Our cat ate a toxic plant, and we were unsure whether or not we needed to take him to the emergency vet. Based on our call, we were able to avoid an expensive vet visit and just monitor our cat at home. He is totally fine and passed the toxic materials with no fuss.

I'm so glad this is part of my PetsBest insurance policy. I was quickly able to connect with a veterinary professional on a Friday evening after my vets office was closed. They were kind and empathetic, and even looked at a couple images of my cats swollen ear- they suspected a small hematoma, and it turned out they were correct!

No one else could give us answers but they could. Told us what to watch for after our new dog got into a cabinet and found and ate an entire bag of calming treats including about 3/4 of the bag. They had been leftover and forgotten from our older dog who passed away.

We have a little 6 lb toy poodle her name is Ellie. We found a mass on her little breast and had to have it removed. Your staff made us very comfortable and secure in knowing that they care about her. Ellie's has surgery and was also neutered and is recovering.
