The representative was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate about my worries. I started the conversation after googling what my cat might be suffering from based off their symptoms. As I'm sure we all know, googling symptoms is the best way to worry yourself about the worst. The representative did actually confirm that the things I found online could all be the cause for his symptoms, but was able to explain the most to least likely diagnosis based off his overall behavior, other symptoms, and onset period. They calmed my worries greatly and gave me their best diagnosis based on the fact that they couldn't physically inspect him. I immediately assumed that I needed to go into an emergency vet, but they told me that it wasn't necessary based on his current symptoms. They said he definitely needed to be checked out as soon as possible, but that it wasn't immediately life threatening. Because of that I was able to save money on an emergency vet visit, but was still able to get my pet in the same day. The vet diagnosed my pet with the same illness the representative suggested was most likely. Thanks to this I already had a general idea of what care would be required, a general idea on cost (obviously varies based off location, veterinarian clinic cost, medication, etc), and gave me a reassurance it wasn't life threatening! The representative even understood the reference to my pets name and gave a reference to it during the conversation! Them doing that actually brought me so much joy, and was a bright light in a time of darkness! I was always be coming to Whiskerdocs first for any future concerns!

They were friendly and knowledgeable and caring.

So nice to have a vet professional to talk to about the issues with my dog. Gave me more ideas about what could be going on and also eased some of my stress. She listened and asked thoughtful questions. Happy to have this service!
