Having this option through Pets Best really put my mind at ease when I came home from work to find her eye swollen. The fact I was able to send pictures and be able to talk in real time was so calming and I am so glad I stumbled on this option! Mochi says thank you!

It was easy to get a hold of the vet expert. She listened carefully to my pet concerns and gave great advice. This was followed by written instructions via email. This was very reassuring.
