I called because my dog had been squinting one eye for a little while and i didnt wanted to give it time to self correct before spending tons of money at the vet. The vet tech from whickerDocs was great! She was patient and had a calm, empathetic tone. She gave me some great tips for home care, eased my mind about what could be wrong and help me make the decision to get it looked at further. She even explained what to expect at the vet. Although I did end up at the vet, the condition was not as bad as it could have gotten if I didn't take her in. I will definitely use this service again.
