Why all the haters? I'm grateful for this place
Why all the haters? Are we reviewing the same company? Or are these really old reviews? My experiences with whirlpoolparts.com have been superb. First, they exist. How freaking cool is it that in 15 minutes I can track down and order an obscure plastic doo-hickey drawer support for whatever-the-heck refrigerator model the house flipper before me put in the kitchen? Second, they have great parts diagrams and photos so I can see and confirm what that plastic doo-hickey is called and its part number. And they'll ship it to my door in under a week. Yea, $40 for a plastic doo-hickey seems steep. But have you bought auto parts lately? And what is my time worth to source this part somewhere else? UPDATE: Aaaaand, it broke. The dang doo-hickey broke in 3 months. I fired them an email and was about to just re-purchase the part when they got back to me the next day, offered to replace it. Just send them a picture & description of what happened so they can record what actually broke. Boom! I have a new part in 4 days no questions asked.
