Deceptive, Expensive, Time-Consuming, Stressful
Was quoted a competitive rate by a sales rep, who signed a contract, sent it to me, and I signed. The second I transitioned from the sales team to the service team, everything collapsed. The company continuously told me that rate was too low, there was no way they could honor that rate, I would have to pay just a little bit more, then just a little bit more, etc. and that I never should have expected that to be realistic in the first place. Ended up having to make dozens of calls to coordinate, I paid over double my original rate, it required hours on the phone to sort out with a million different parties who clearly had not spoken with each other at all, it was incredibly stressful, and then I had to hire a sub-contractor after everything because they didn't even have the right equipment. Literally use anyone else :)
