The driver you all sent to pick up my Tahoe was excellent. Jose was courteous and professional. He held a conversation as he worked which is what I look in customer service. The only thing was, I was quoted $400 and my envelope only had $382. But I'm not gonna cry over $18 I just thought I'd mention it.

Somehow they had given me a price on a different VIN number than what I gave them. The offer when we were just getting ready to complete it went from 1500 to 500. Wasted a lot of time with these guys and I would not recommend them to anybody

Luke guided me through the process quickly and clearly. At the end he answered my questions and informed me on next steps in the process.
