I purchased rims, sensors and lugs. I only received the rims & had to call back to have the sensors & lugs shipped when the 1st delivery stated in received them & i didn't. The worst part is the sensors didnt work with the vehicle and i spent 4days & more money taking the car 3 different places to see if the sensors can get programmed to the car but they dont work. I was offered a refund but when I asked for a shipping label twice I was ignored. I guess the think its fair for me to pay to send back the sensors that don't work after spending extra money to have them removed & the other $ spent just trying to get them to work. I will never purchase anything from Them again

Purchased wheel and tire package 2 weeks ago... Support says will receive tracking by end of day....3 days went by and still saying same thing! No tracking info, way to long, still don't have any tracking or know when will arrive. Told them if not received within the next 10 days to cancel my order, support responded and said I will have tracking before 5pm again. Still no tracking at 6pm on Friday! Who knows...... Not happy at all! Needed before beach vacation!!!!!

When I receive my wheels and went to install them, one of my center caps were broken. I called the company and they ordered me a new center cap. It’s been a few days and I still hadn’t received so I had to call and do a follow up along with the complaint that I had a bad vibration from my tires. They suggested that I go get a rebalance And I had a compensation back of $100. When I took my truck wheels to get rebalance the balance was fine, but the tires are out of round. When I called the company back and advised them what I was told and the tire place did not charge me for a re-balance they told me to go somewhere else and try to get them balanced again which I don’t think should be my responsibility if I purchased something brand new. Going on over 10 days I still have not received my center cap and I still have out around tires that they are not willing to switch out. Love the wheels, but the tires are garbage.

2 stars because the order arrived quickly; however, one of my Fuel wheels did not have the pre-drilled mounting holes for the lug nut cover, and was discovered after mounting all 4 wheels. The customer service agents first bright idea was for me to ship the wheel back leaving me with 3 wheels and tires. His next solution was that I purchase a new wheel and ship the defective wheel back and would be reimbursed later. I have the money to so this but what about the people who don’t? This is what their website claims: “We will gladly assist in fulfilling warranty claims from our Hollywood, Florida location with the customer being responsible for freight charges.” I will never order anything from this company again!!!
