My 2004 Cannondale Road Tandem had its rear hub fail, and wheelbuilder was one of the only places that had a suitable replacement. Even though it was out of stock, they were able to source a new one and get it to me within a few days. Rich from wheelbuilder communicated with me several times to let me know the status of everything and make sure I was satisfied with the process. I couldn't recommend them more.
