Finally, an all-in-one WhatsApp automation tool that's actually easy to use
I'd tried two other WhatsApp tools before WhatsAble and gave up on both - one needed a developer, the other felt like half a product I had to duct-tape to three other apps. WhatsAble is the first one where everything I needed was already in one place.
What sold me:
It's genuinely all-in-one. Notifications, follow-ups, drip campaigns, an AI bot, and the connection to my CRM, all under one roof. I'm not paying for and juggling five tools anymore.
It's actually easy. I had my first automated WhatsApp message going out the same afternoon, no code, no developer. If you can set up a CRM, you can set this up.
The human support is the real difference. When I had a question during setup, a real person answered, quickly, and they actually understood the product. Not a chatbot loop, not a 48-hour ticket. That alone is worth switching for.
It also runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API and they're a verified Meta Tech Provider, so I'm not worried about my number getting banned like with the cheaper grey-market tools.
Six weeks in, fewer no-shows, faster follow-ups, and a CRM that finally reflects what's happening on WhatsApp. I only wish I'd found it sooner.

A diferencia de la mayoría de las plataformas ellos te permiten intervenir el chat de forma manual o con el bot de IA según tu necesidad, pero además se puede integrar con Zapier y recibir los leads de cada chat en el CRM, es la única plataforma que encontré con una solución tan completa. Además me ayudaron con una videollamada durante más de una hora para poder hacerlo a mi medida, en mi idioma lo cual lo hizo mucho más fácil. Mi experiencia es un 10/10
