She was great and very patient, even when my network provider was delaying a bit. She was understanding and stayed with me throughout the entire process. Top-notch service from her! I really appreciate the free 1-on-1 call on new sign-ups, those meetings are really key to help clear up confusions in the complicated processes with onboarding or disonboarding business numbers with Meta. WhatChimp support is pretty good in general. Although you might have to wait for several hours but at least they do treat my questions seriously and I'm just on a free trial plan, what more can I ask for.

I had an issue with my WhatsApp chatbot, and Joy from WhatChimp support helped me get it sorted out. She was patient and guided me through the process until everything was working again.
