WhatChimp | #1 Official WhatsApp Marketing PlatformReviews of whatchimp.com

i am loving the service the customer service is prompt and top notch michelle, stephenie and others... are very very helpful! five stars for the team

I had a pretty confusing case and Joy helped go through every detail with clear and direct instructions which helped me reach a decision related to the two business that I'm running. Definitely she is way more helpful than the AI bot that is answering my tickets and the human agents who jump in to follow-up without getting the full picture first.

Thanks to Christabel for the platform support; she was very patient and helped me connect my number. I speak Spanish, and she assisted me via chat. I’ll continue exploring the platform.
