I was beginning to think it was me.I enjoy playing it but the inconsistencies have convinced me the programmers know nothing of golf or physics. I have gone onto a green with left to right slope, gone below the hole and still have a left to right slope. I noticed if you get a birdie then next 2 holes you will double bogey and bogey. If the ball is going to run towarsds the hole it will slow very quickly if its away from the hole it will gather speed, even up hill. Hitting a downhill slope on the fairway makes no difference to how far the ball runs. I play it because it is free but I would spend money buying clubs etc

WGT is a felonious scam. They are also an Interstate Bunco Operation. They promise better outcomes for buying their cartoon clubs and balls. Just as you start playing better they close your account on a false accusation, money gone, cheat on your game set up to make you lose (VEM) failure program). Japan! They are being sued by the California Attorney General on a number of felonies! Avoid this like the Coronavirus! Play for free. Keep your money. That way, when they cheat you, you’re out no money!

I've played this game since 2011 and had lots of fun on the old Flash system, but it's awful now since changing to Steam at the end of 2020. Take my advice and don't waste your time with this game, I certainly won't be playing anymore.

In this game i think most of the time you are playing the computer sometimes you hit crap shots and win then you come up against a master or legend and you've got absolutely no chance even if you hit the perfect shots.Some young computer wizard needs to make game which is fairer and fun to play. Everyone wants to make money but this game is just taking the micky out of genuine people who enjoy the game of golf.

Get ready for a game where there is absolutely no system in place to separate ability levels!! I’ve literally found myself in positions where I’ve been a level 50 player being matched against someone level 115+. Throw into that the incredible inconsistency of this game in terms of ball flight, wind effect, ball spin, shot distance, and literally it’s anyones guess what your shot will do. This game has the potential to be fantastic, but it’s falling so far beneath it

I've been playing this game since 2009 and had a lot of fun with it...till recently. When you changed the format over you took the fun out of it. I still can;t play match games, stroke games etc. don't know why. I've written letters to you but the only response I got was " we'll send it to our tech people" heard nothing. I recently rented a set of irons, when the time was up I tried to get my old clubs back to equip them but could'nt. Just a money grab. Very disappointed. I'll use my remaining credits then dump this crappy game. With all the negative reviews why don't you listen to the players and give us what we want??

I discovered this game three months ago and since I am using my new computer with great graphics I was impressed. However, this game will cost you money, real money. Longer drives better shots means better equipment and more money. I avoid playing head to head because you could be playing against someone many levels higher than you. Like an idiot I purchased tracer balls for 25.86 only to discover I could only use them for x number of hits.

This game is designed for folks with money. If you don’t invest on a regular basis your “credits” are diminished and your game suffers for lack of gear to advance. The algorithm for the short game is brutal at best. If you are not fortunate enough to get on the green and end up on the fringe on any kind of slope it will not strike the ball cleanly. You either completely chunk the shot or fly over to the other side. My time in this game is done and would not recommend anyone else play it unless you have significant cash to throw at it.
