Error on property title, no resolution
We purchased a home 11 months ago and WFG handled the property title. They failed to notice the previous owner’s name (2 owners before us) was still on the title. So, now a stranger is on our property title as co-owner of our home. You would think that once discovering, and even admitting to such a mistake, things would be fixed immediately. Not the case. Months later, just assigned to our 4th agent, and now being told we have to “inform them” if we want to make any transactions with the house. Because on the paper THEY wrote, our house is 50% owned by someone we’ve never heard of.
