Bad supplies/inventory
I recently placed an order for 5 Hyde One disposable vapes and a battery for my mod. The entire order was bad. I was sent very old inventories of the Hyde One's and they all were burnt. Also,the battery was old as well. I contacted customer service,their reply was they would make good on the order by resending the order. Once the order arrived they only sent 3 Hyde One's and no battery. The 3 Hyde one was also old and burnt. I'm very displeased with my experience with this company and thought you guys should know!!

I received an Eleaf TC200 that only one side of the battery had continuity so it never had full power. I contacted the company and never got a call back and checked Eleaf and found it was a fake. Terrible company

Express shipping/customer service. Thumbs down
Ordered a sizeable order 1/8/22. Was called to say they didn't have most of what I ordered and had to substitute. Noticed that even though I chose free standard shipping, I was charged for express shipping (2 to 3 business days). I have emailed twice. No response. Finally I see something on tracking showing I should get it today. The 18th. Nice express shipping and customer service (sarcasm). Hope I actually get it today. That is still not believed until I see it.
